Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid webinars and other online fee collections processed through Saturangam360 Academy’s website payment gateway.

Webinar registrations

• Webinar seats are confirmed only after successful payment (gateway response code success).
• If you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time, you may request a full refund of the webinar fee.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time are generally non-refundable, except where the academy cancels or reschedules the session.
• If Saturangam360 Academy cancels a webinar, you will receive a full refund or a free transfer to a rescheduled date (your choice).

Failed or duplicate payments

If an amount is debited but registration status is not marked paid, contact us within 7 days with your order ID, phone number, and bank reference. We will reconcile with the payment gateway and refund or confirm the seat.

How to request a refund

Email saturangam360@hotmail.com or WhatsApp +91 63806 06143 with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method and typically reflect as per bank timelines (often 5–10 working days after gateway processing).

Coaching programme fees

Ongoing coaching / batch fees follow the fee terms communicated at admission. Unless stated otherwise in writing, batch fees are non-refundable after the batch start date.
